About us

Faspak was formed in Nottingham in 1973 as one of the original JIT service companies.

We manufacture all quantities of corrugated boxes made to customers' exact size and deliver locally within 48 hours. We can save you money overall by reducing your stock and space. 

We deliver exact quantities - no shortages and no chargeable overs.
We also improve your cash-flow by supplying only what you need for orders actually received.

In 1973 we had one specialist box-making machine and finishing equipment in one factory unit in Nottingham.  We now have 4 box-making machines in our main factory together with single colour flexo printing machines.

One of the other Nottingham units is now dedicated to constructional design and die-cut manufacturing on 4 other machines.

More sophisticated printing is subcontracted to local trade houses.

We are an independent corrugated and solid board converter, ie we are not integrated as a subordinate part of a group to a board mill).

Nottinghamm factories area total 18,500 sq.ft. and we employ over 30 personnel.

We supply to  approximately 1250 customers nationwide per year, made up of:
2 spending over £100k + 4 over £40k + 50 over £10k
+ 312 over £1k + 686 under £1k!  (no customer is too small for us)

Annual: total board converted 2,000,000 sq.mtr., 1,254 tonnes, (this is equivalent to a path 1 metre wide 1,381 miles long!)

Who are our customers?

They cover a multitude of industries whose products cannot be sold until they’re packed.  These include manufacturers, export & import traders, point of purchase & display manufacturers, warehousing & storage, film & TV studios, medical, military and even the Inland Revenue.  They range from large PLCs and government departments to trading individuals but are mostly small to medium enterprises.

We made the boxes for:

The Lord Chancellor’s very expensive hand made wall paper.

The military during the recent wars.

Components for Airbus airliners.

Communion wafers for the Carmelite monastery.

We are always pleased to supply companies on a supplementary basis filling the smaller quantity requirements or deadlines that their larger quantity corrugated packaging suppliers cannot meet.
